What an incredible day yesterday was for Jessy & Jackson's gorgeous wedding at Sunset Bluffs in Washington, MO. It was typical St. Louis summer heat - freakin' scorching - but so was all the love shared. We celebrated their beautiful love story at a spectacular venue, and they threw a heck of a party!

One of my most favorite parts of the day was when Jessy tearfully walked herself down the aisle toward Jackson, and as she approached the memorial of her mother in the front row, the clouds opened up and shown sun rays right down on her like a spotlight. If that wasn't a sign of her mother being there in spirit, I don't know what is. It was magical!

And it was extra special to photograph a childhood friend of my brother's get married. Man, time really flies. But I'm the luckiest to get to capture these moments.
